• We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience.

If you need to make late pickup you will need to call and speak to a manager. If accepted there will be a $5 storage fee and items will only be available for pickup on our next two auction pickups days. The $5 fee will need to be paid in order to retrieve your old auction orders. If your items are not retrieved on the following auction pickup days with storage fee paid we will resale your items without refund to you. We have an ongoing issue with storage space and this policy will be enforced. Items not as described or otherwise damaged items not stated in item description-can be returned For up to 14 days after purchase, just provide your receipt and for most products, we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment.
