Wow after a year of trying Ramen in Japan, this easily is in my top 2!!!And 100 yen Kaidama (refill)! The noodles are nice and firm, but the broth with the addition of garlic is where this ramen really signs. It’s one of the very few ramens that I actually will drink the broth because it is so good!

Of all ogawa ramen this one is my favorite!!🤤🤤🤤Thin noodles tonkotsu flavor. They offer 100¥ ice cream which you can do it yourself(vanilla flavor)

(Translated by Google) What is your favorite person 🍜? However, the feeling of pork bones is thin (it seems that the amount of bones that are simply cooked is small) Is it to compensate for that? Possibly the backfat, which has been finely and evenly crushed in a blender, floats in the soup. It's emulsified and it's not like that, so the fake feeling is amazing.Tonkotsu ramen made by Kanto people for Kanto people.(Original)好きな人は好きな🍜なんでしょう。
